I know, a lot of you are afraid of taking that leap of faith because it isn’t easy letting go of the paycheck-to-paycheck lifestyle. We are accustomed to seeing money coming into our account every month, and the idea that we deliberately stop that and focus all our energies on a business, that is scary. However, it really isn’t if you take into account what you can go on to achieve; freedom. You end up getting freedom in life, something we could have only dreamed of in the corporate world. We get to choose what we want to do, when we want to do it, how, where, and why. We are the masters of our own destiny, and we get to play our own game. With that said, it is easy to lose track of things and find yourself in a ditch almost immediately. That is why, I decided to put together this book to teach you some of the most important lessons that I have learned throughout my life and experience. These lessons have helped me learn so much in life. Without each of them, I would have never been where I am today. Therefore, should you feel the need to write some stuff down, go ahead and do so. In this book, I will talk about these lessons as well as some of the things we do in the world of real estate, just to help you understand how things work. My goal is to give you a roadmap so that you don’t have to spend years and years to figure the basics out.
